Who we are?
Acoro Capital Partners, established in 2008, is a London-based Financial Conduct Authority authorised and regulated investment partnership providing specialist corporate finance, advisory and investment management services to financial sector clients in Central and Eastern Europe.
Acoro is a team of financial sector specialists with experience since the early 1990s of operating, investing in and advising financial services and investment companies, funds and their owners and investors.
What we do?
We provide corporate finance, strategic advisory and investment management services directly tailored to the requirements of our clients, which include institutions, family offices, private equity funds, investment vehicles and local business owners.
We have assisted in the and acquisition of financial services companies, the strategic review of group capital requirements to facilitate raising fresh equity and the sourcing, due diligence appraisal and execution of financial sector transactions on behalf of investors. We also advise and manage investment vehicles which invest across all asset classes.
